How fast is delivery?
Hampers are delivered to the door in Bulawayo and Harare within 24 hours of payment. Delivery is free on orders over $50.
How do I know my family received it?
Our rider sends a WhatsApp photo when the hamper is handed over, and you can follow the order on the Track Order page.
Where do I enter my family's address?
At checkout, enter the recipient's name, phone number and address in Bulawayo or Harare. We call them before delivering.
